I have experience with a number of open source and commercial Content Management Systems like October CMS and ExpressionEngine which provide backend services that allow clients to manage their own websites.
Frontend Development
Using the latest frontend frameworks and libraries, like TailwindCSS and Vue.js I can build scaleable, maintainable frontend designs that incorporate modern workflows with tools like Webpack to produce optimised production ready code.
Backend Development
From building bespoke website themes and components, integrating third-party plugins and API’s through to developing custom CMS plugins and web applications, I have experience to fulfil the requirements needed for your development.
Infrastructure
When it comes to hosting, I’m experienced in the use of cloud infrastructure services like DigitalOcean and the provisioning of Linux servers for hosting sites with Apache and Nginx. I also carry out security audits to ensure that your website meets the latest standards in security.
SEO
I build sites following SEO guidelines and best practices, meaning that from a technical point of view your site is optimised for organic search rankings. I also provide tools that allow site editors to improve on-site SEO.
